BVLGARI Hotel & Residences Moscow announces completion of zero-level slab of the building
The construction of the BVLGARI branded hotel and residences is being implemented with usage of the Top & Down technology — an ergonomic method for building construction in historical urban locations. The completed concrete platform is essential to the whole construction process, since zero-level slab is the basis for the building frame and the roof slab for the underground floors.

BVLGARI Hotel & Residences Moscow is a unique project not only because of its super-prestigious location and the collaboration with the world-renowned brand and operator,” comments Michael Belton, President of Wainbridge International, “but also this project is special for its historical setting: working with architectural heritage requires delicate treatment with the base build, as well as sufficient experience to construct a building implementing the latest technologies. We have crossed the most intensive and challenging work phase – the zero-level slab completion. From this moment on, we will be entirely focused on ensuring timely completion of the building to its designed quality and specifications. It is a great pleasure to watch the construction progressing actively on a daily basis.

We have completed the works on the zero level slab, placed on 87 column-piles and surrounded by a retaining wall, which - jointly create the structural elements that supports the aboveground and underground parts of the construction,” explains Güven Dündar, Managing Partner of ANTTEQ who is the General Contractor in the project BVLGARI Hotel & Residences Moscow. “This concrete slab gives us the opportunity to continue our works in two directions (up and down) at the same time and to use heavy construction vehicles. Thus we have passed our significant construction milestonet.

"There is no doubt that the BVLGARI Hotel & Residences Moscow project is a landmark of the city. The collaboration with BVLGARI brand, by default, gives rise to an exceptional development product of high quality and performance level. Real estate objects of a like nature are always in high demand and over time rise in price due to its rarity,” — comments Maria Chernyakova, Managing Partner of the development company MR Group. “This is a genuine trophy and upmarket asset, which can be passed down through generations."

BVLGARI Hotel & Residences Moscow is located in the heart of the Russian capital: between Bolshaya Nikitskaya street and Sredny Kislovsky lane. One part of the project will comprise 65 hotel suites, including the impressive BVLGARI Suite of 300 square meters with a unique 600-meter roof terrace that offers an unforgettable view over the city of Moscow.

In addition to the hotel, the project provides 14 unique residences with the legal status of flats, including 3 townhouses and a penthouse with a panoramic terrace and views over the Kremlin. Future residents of the residences will have privileged access to the BVLGARI hotel's full package of services: from restaurant reservations to the assistance of a personal art consultant, sommelier and florist. Also, the owners of residences will be able to enjoy the following luxury hotel infrastructure on every day basis: a lounge area and an internal courtyard in the style of Italian Palazzi, a 1400 square meter SPA and fitness center with а swimming pool, Il Ristorante restaurant and Il Bar, which had become the brand's landmarks.

The interiors of the residences are exquisitely designed by the Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio — Patricia Viel in the contemporary and timeless Bvlgari fashion.

The Grand opening of BVLGARI Hotel & Residences Moscow is expected in 2022.
