Wainbridge ‘does plank’ of stability in excellence with clients according to DO A.S.A.P.
According to the results of DO A.S.A.P analysis of service quality for customer satisfaction among Russian real estate developers in March and April 2019, Wainbridge has been rated as one of 5-TOP companies with the most excellent customer service level. Two Company’s projects currently developing in Moscow picked up awards: SOHO+NOHO and AQUATORIA.

Efficiency of sales managers, who interact with customers via phone calls in project’s sales offices, were judged on the following 10 categories:
Greeting standards;
Reference by name;
Customer needs identification;

Manager’s confidence;

Project advantages;

Consultation on discounts and special offers;

Invitation to the sales office;

Sharing contacts;

Summary;

Closing part of the call.

Between 5 and 20 points can be awarded for each category.

Total score - 100 points.

33 projects located in the Northern Administrative Okrug were observed in DO A.S.A.P analysis. Wainbridge projects ― SOHO+NOHO and AQUATORIA ― feel comfortable at 3rd and 4th places in the list, obtaining 78 and 76 points. DO A.S.A.P established the results in February 2020.
