Moscow project AQUATORIA made a sensation on real estate market by winning the European Property Awards 2020 / 2021.

AQUATORIA was awarded in two categories — development and architecture — for the best performance.

European Property Awards is the most prestigious award in real estate, well-recognised in the European professional community. The projects are evaluated by 80 members of a professional expert jury, the chairmen are Lord Caithness, Lord Best, Lord Waverley, members of The House of Lords of the Parliament in the United Kingdom. The projects are judged according with 20 categories: construction technology innovation, project architectural performance, project infrastructure.

International Property Awards has been annually held for 27 years covering 45 property categories. The award analyzes local European real estate as well as properties in the UK, Canada, the Arab world, Africa, Central and South America, the entire Asia-Pacific region.
